William began his career in commercial real estate investments
with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Company (CB Richard
Ellis) in 1973, as an apartment sales representative. In the ten
years that William was with CB he was a frequent top 5 salesman
award recipient. In the last year with CB, William was the top
apartment broker in the Western Region United States. In the past 30
plus years, William has represented Buyers and Sellers in over two
billion dollars of investment properties throughout the West Coast.
In 1984 William formed Moison Investment Company. William’s twin
brother Jerry joined Moison Investment Company in 1987. Moison
Investment Company grew rapidly under the direction of “the twins”.
Today Moison Investment Company, including it’s affiliate, Premier
Apartment Advisors, and has annual sales in excess of $350,000,000.
It is a leader in its field in Northern California and is rated as
one of the top 50 producing Brokerages Companies in the United
States.
William is a founding father and Principal in Guardian
Equity Growth, a Private Placement real estate company. Guardian was
created to assist small property owners and private investors in
“pooling” their equity and cash in order to purchase Institutional
quality, low risk, commercial real estate. The “properties” are
purchased with the goal of producing consistent, predictable,
secure, long-term cash flow for the investors.
William has been forming, participating in and raising capital in
Commercial Real Estate opportunities for over 25 years. To date he
is a General Partner, Managing Partner, Sponsor or investor in over
40 separate real estate investments. The total value of this
portfolio, of which William is a partner in, is over 400 million
dollars.
William is or has been active in The National Multi-Housing
Council, The California Housing Council, and Tri-County Apartment
Association. He has published numerous articles and featured as
guest speaker for a wide variety of real estate conferences involved
with Commercial Real Estate. He is a member of the Los Altos Rotary,
a past Board member and Secretary of Community Services Agency of
Mountain View/Los Altos, Vice-President of Palo Alto Hills Country
Club and on the advisory Board of Heritage Bank.
William and his wife, Tracey have lived in Los Altos, California
for almost 30 years. Their daughter, Lauren, is a freshman at
Whittier College in Southern California.

Jerry Moison earned his real estate license in 1970 and began
investing in commercial real estate as a Limited Partner in 1972.
After selling his share of Adapt Inc., a computer time sharing
company he co-founded in 1973, he began his full time career in
commercial real estate in 1978 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real
Estate, now called CB Richard Ellis. Jerry initially specialized in
office and apartment sales. In 1987 Jerry left Coldwell Banker and
joined his twin brother, William, in order to expand Moison
Investment Company.
Moison Investment Company consists of experienced, self-starting
brokers and evolved from strictly apartment sales to the full
spectrum of commercial investment properties. Today Moison
Investment Company, including it’s affiliate, Premier Apartment
Advisors, is one of the largest commercial real estates sales
companies in Northern California with total sales over $10 billion
and annual sales volumes of $350 to $500 million. It was recently
ranked 32nd in the entire United States among all commercial
investment firms.
Having made a major career decision to increase his focus on
buying and managing real estate assets on behalf of a select group
of investors, Jerry co-founded Guardian Equity Growth, a Private
Placement real estate firm. Guardian specializes in helping passive
investors achieve the highest real estate returns by combining cash
investors with equity investors from 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, in
order to purchase institutional grade real estate investments. To
date the combined value of assets owned by Guardian Equity and other
“Moison" partnerships/LLC’s total over $400 million.
Jerry is or has been involved with organizations focused on
national or regional issues affecting commercial property including
the National Multi-Housing Council and the Tri-county Apartment
Association. He has served as a keynote speaker at the California
Real Estate Conference, Tri-county Apartments and numerous Bay Area
commercial real estate events. Recently, he is serving as moderator
at the Peninsula Broker Forum and is currently nominated to serve as
a Board Member for the Housing Industry Foundation, a non-profit
serving individual and families either needing to remain in or
return to stable housing.
Aside from commercial real estate, Jerry is active in his
community. He is currently served or has served on several
non-profit Boards, including City Team Ministries, Los Altos United
Methodist Church and the Los Altos Rotary.

John Dudeck was born and raised in the Midwest.
He moved to the Bay Area in 1978 to continue his training as a
world-class athlete (Big Ten Champion & Record Holder in the discus)
and begin his career in commercial real estate with CB Richard
Ellis. He specialized in industrial, suburban office, and land
development. During his 12-year tenure with CB he was involved in
nearly one billion dollars worth of sales and leases. He was named
to the firm's International Top Producers List many times (Top
Twenty & Colbert Coldwell Circle), was the top broker in the Western
Region of the U.S. 9 times and was named one of the 10 Most
Influential People in Commercial Real Estate by the Commercial
Investment Journal.
John joined Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Vice President, Financial
Services Group, in 1990 and played a key role in creating their
Corporate Advisory Services Division. He originated and managed
the Kraft General Foods account which generated approximately 250
transactions per year.
In 1993, due to an extreme travel schedule and strong commitment
to fatherhood, John decided to place family in front of career and
started a successful business and management consulting firm called
The Dudeck Group. He has worked with hundreds of CEO's and firms
in this role.
In 1999, real estate opportunities beckoned again and he has been
acting exclusively as a Principal, ever since. John is a Founding
Principal in Guardian Equity Growth, Inc and now focuses on originating,
analyzing, negotiating, and managing leased investments on behalf
of a select group of individuals and trusts. The firm's current
portfolio of properties is valued in excess of $350 million.
He’s been a member of The Urban Land Institute and numerous
other real estate organizations. John is also an author, speaker,
and frequent media guest. He’s been featured and/or quoted
in numerous publications including The Wall Street Journal, Los
Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Sun Times, San Jose Mercury News,
etc.
John earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University, his MBA from
Duke University, and completed extensive Graduate courses in Finance, General
Business, as well as in the MBA Program at Stanford University.
He holds a CCIM designation and served on it’s International
Faculty. He has also served as a Guest Lecturer at the
Stanford Business School.
He and his wife, Diane, founded and manage How to Get an "A" in Life, a 501C3 non-profit organization that provides life skills training to teens.

Brian Fox joined Guardian Equity Growth Inc in April 2004 as
Director of Acquisitions. He came to Guardian with extensive experience
in real estate investing, management consulting and business development.
Since that time, Brian has led a number of successful acquisitions
for the company. In early 2006, Brian joined the partnership and
became a shareholder and an officer at Guardian.
Prior to joining Guardian Equity, Brian served as the Vice President, Corporate and Business Development for Commtouch, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCH). While at Commtouch, Brian initiated, negotiated, and closed many of the company's largest and most strategic transactions including those that opened new markets, created new channels, and generated significant revenues.
Before joining Commtouch, Brian was a principal at Fox Advisory Services, a Manager at Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting and a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse. As a management consultant, Brian advised numerous clients in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, new business development, and operations improvements.
Brian earned a BA in Economics and Business, magna cum laude, from
University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the Wharton
School at University of Pennsylvania.
Brian and his
wife, Karen, are both natives of Silicon Valley. They live in The
Almaden Valley with their two dogs, Wolfgang and Star.
