Acquisition Size: $15 to $75 million per acquisition
Property Types:
  • Shopping Centers (credit tenants)
  • Apartment Complexes
  • Suburban Office buildings in selected locations
  • Industrial; warehouse & distribution, light industrial
  • In all cases, we prefer general vs. special purpose facilities.
Holding Period: Long term, 7-15 years
Tenant Mix: Multi-tenant situations preferred
