This center is anchored by strong national and regional tenants such as Vons, SavOn and dd's Discounts, which is owned by Ross Stores, Inc. The center is currently 97.8% leased, and over 50% of the tenants have been at the property for more than 10 years. Antelope Valley Plaza was purchased with West Valley Properties and closed escrow in June 2006.
