In July 2005, Guardian completed the acquisition of The Terraces, a multi-tenant shopping center, located in Rancho Palos Verdes.  Although extremely well positioned on one of the most heavily traveled streets in a very prestigious part of Los Angeles County, this 173,134 SF multi-tenant shopping center suffered from poor curb appeal and weak management.  In the coming months we plan to invest in numerous improvements to enhance the attractiveness of this center for customers and tenants alike.
