The Results
Since October 2005, McKinley Crossroads has performed very
well for all of our investors. Each of the
investors has earned over the 8% annualized, cash-on-cash
return initially projected.
Within the first year of ownership new lease rates
have exceeded our proforma. Under construction is a 30
foot digital sign which will be used as advertising for
our existing tenants and as paid "billboard" space for
the general public. It is expected to not only increase
business to existing and potential tenants, but also
serve as an additional profit center to our investors.
